This role requires deep expertise in Scrum and Agile frameworks, strong facilitation and coaching skills, and a proven ability to guide teams through the full project lifecycle—from planning through implementation. You will serve as a servant leader and coach, enabling collaboration, removing impediments, and driving continuous improvement to ensure high-quality, on-time delivery.Key Responsibilities:Facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectivesCoach teams on Agile principles and Scrum best practices to foster a high-performance cultureShield teams from external disruptions and resolve conflicts to maintain focus and flowCollaborate with product owners and stakeholders to ensure backlog refinement and prioritizationMonitor and communicate team progress, using metrics such as velocity and burndown chartsManage Jira boards, tasks, user stories, dashboards, and reports to support sprint executionIdentify and eliminate roadblocks to keep teams on schedule and aligned with business goalsPromote Agile maturity and continuous improvement across teams and the organizationCoordinate across multiple departments and external vendors to support integrated deliverySupport the implementation of SAFe and DevOps practices, including pipelines and test planning
