Because at Intellectix, it's not what we do, it's why we do it.Key ResponsibilitiesGuide scrum-team through all sprints of a program increment, removing impediments and championing the teamOrganize and facilitate sprint planning and release planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and other agile related eventsTrack and communicate team metrics and sprint/release progress to all teams and managementUpdate agile tracking systems to provide transparency on product and sprint backlogsAssist product owners with backlog groomingDetermine and remove impediments that interfere with the ability of the teams to deliver assigned goalsPromote continuous improvement and help teams to increase velocityPromote a collaborative team environment that fosters experimentation, creativity and innovationFacilitate discussion and conflict resolutionAssist team with making appropriate commitments through story selection and task definitionAssist with internal and external communicationAssist the scrum team in developing and estimating user stories that are clearly articulated with well-defined acceptance criteriaQualificationsEducation/Experience :Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical certifications or training, and work experienceExperience leading Agile Scrum teams in a cloud environmentStrong understanding of DevSecOps and/or software/application development processesAdvanced knowledge of systems engineering principles, methods, and techniquesStrong problem solving and troubleshooting skillsExperience with Atlassian Agile Products; specifically JIRA and ConfluenceActive TS/SCI clearance required to start and must be able to obtain a CI PolyRequired Skills :5+ years of experience working within the DoD or IC CommunityCertified Scrum Master (CSM) CertificationScaled Agile Framework for the enterprise (SAFe) Agilist CertificationJoin Intellectix and be part of a dynamic team that thrives on tempo, teamwork, and technical excellence.
