Senior Scrum Master / Agile Program LeadWe are seeking a highly capable Senior Scrum Master / Agile Program Lead to support and scale Agile delivery across teams within the Communities Foundation of Texas. The ideal candidate will be a servant-leader with strong facilitation skills, a passion for Agile best practices, and experience in cross-functional team coordination. You will play a key role in driving Agile maturity, supporting product delivery, and aligning execution with strategic business goals.Key Responsibilities:Facilitate all core Scrum ceremonies including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives.Act as a servant-leader, proactively removing impediments and enabling teams to deliver consistently.Partner with the IT Solutions Manager and Product Owners to ensure alignment between technical delivery and business objectives.Coordinate cross-team collaboration and dependencies across multiple Agile teams.Support backlog refinement, sprint goal setting, and release planning in coordination with business analysts and product stakeholders.Utilize Jira and Confluence to manage sprints, track progress, and document key decisions.Promote a culture of continuous improvement and Agile adoption, coaching both teams and business stakeholders on Agile principles.Lead Agile maturity initiatives and act as a change agent in promoting modern delivery practices.Report on team health, sprint performance, and Agile delivery metrics to IT leadership.Assist the IT Solutions Manager in resource planning, risk mitigation, and portfolio-level prioritization.Shadow and support the IT Solutions Manager on key strategic initiatives, with the potential to take on leadership duties.Required Qualifications:3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Program Lead in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.Proven experience delivering digital or IT products in partnership with developers, analysts, and business units.Familiarity with Salesforce platforms (NPSP preferred) or similar CRM solutions.Hands-on experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, and Figma.Agile certifications preferred: CSM, SAFe, PMI-ACP, or equivalent.Strong planning and coordination abilities; capable of creating timelines and resource plans.Excellent interpersonal, facilitation, conflict resolution, and organizational change skills.Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills:Hands-on experience with Salesforce implementations or customizations.Experience working within nonprofit or philanthropic organizations.Familiarity with IT governance, Agile portfolio planning, or cross-team coordination frameworks.
