Qualifications
- Proficiency in experimental design, data analysis, and technical troubleshooting skills
- Experience in chemistry, synthesis, nanofabrication, and perovskite research
- Strong documentation, presentation, and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and independently
- An advanced degree (PhD) in a relevant field such as Chemistry, semi-conductor fabrication
- Experience in process engineering and/or hardware experience is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
