Senior Scientist, Cardiac Biology Transcriptomics
HAYA Therapeutics is seeking a Computational Biologist with strong expertise in cardiac biology and transcriptomics. In this role, you will analyze bulk, single-cell, and single-nuclei transcriptomic and epigenomic data to uncover novel insights into cardiac diseases, drive biomarker discovery, and advance RNA-based therapeutics. You’ll collaborate across data science and research teams to establish scalable analysis workflows.
Key Requirements
- PhD or 6+ years of experience in computational or life sciences
- Expertise in single-cell/nuclei and bulk RNA-Seq analysis
- Deep knowledge of cardiac biology and diseases
- Proficiency in R or Python, Linux, and data integration
