About the Role
Guardian SmartCare is building a simple, student‑friendly wellness platform designed to help schools check in with students and identify concerns early. We’re forming a small Advisory Board of retired or former school administrators who understand the real challenges districts face and want to stay connected to meaningful work without the pressure of a full‑time role.
The Senior School Wellness Advisor position is a light, flexible consulting role focused on offering insight, guidance, and optional introductions to district leaders. No sales work. No quotas. No recruiting. This is a mission‑focused advisory position for individuals who want to use their experience to support student wellness.
What You’ll Do
- Join 2 to 4 short virtual advisory meetings per year
- Provide perspective on student wellness needs, school workflows, and district priorities
- Offer feedback on messaging, adoption strategies, and platform improvements
- Introduce Guardian SmartCare to district leaders in your network when you feel it’s a good fit
- Represent our mission to improve student well‑being in a positive, professional manner
Compensation
Advisory stipend:
- $100 for each advisory meeting attended
- Quarterly virtual meetings (45 minutes each)
- Attend at least two per year to remain active on the board
Success share:
- When a district you introduce signs a first‑year contract, you receive 10 percent of that first‑year value
- Paid after district onboarding and first payment
This is a consulting role with no selling, no quotas, and no pressure to “produce.” You participate at your comfort level.
