Senior Scheduler

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Scheduler to support large-scale Transmission & Distribution (T&D) capital projects . This position will develop, maintain, analyze, and report on integrated project schedules throughout the project lifecycle, from development through execution.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience utilizing Primavera P6 , a strong understanding of Critical Path Method (CPM) scheduling , and the ability to collaborate effectively with project managers, engineers, construction teams, and other project stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules in Primavera P6.
• Support project planning activities throughout the development and execution phases.
• Identify and analyze critical path activities, schedule risks, and potential delays.
• Monitor project progress and provide schedule performance reports and forecasts.
• Update schedules based on project changes, field conditions, and stakeholder input.
• Perform schedule quality reviews and ensure compliance with established project controls standards.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, construction teams, and leadership to ensure schedule accuracy.
• Participate in project review meetings and provide scheduling expertise and recommendations.
• Support project forecasting, scenario planning, and schedule recovery efforts when required.
• Adapt existing scheduling templates and standards while maintaining consistency across projects.

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of project scheduling experience on Transmission and Distribution projects.
• Advanced proficiency with Primavera P6 .
• Strong understanding of Critical Path Method (CPM) scheduling.
• Experience developing and maintaining complex, resource-loaded project schedules.
• Strong understanding of project lifecycle management, including planning, design, procurement, construction, and commissioning phases.
• Ability to interpret engineering, construction, and project-related documentation.
• Experience supporting large capital infrastructure projects.
• Experience supporting transmission, substation, generation, or utility capital projects.
• Familiarity with schedule risk analysis and recovery planning.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
