Senior Scheduler - Heavy Civil

The Heavy Civil Scheduler is responsible for developing, maintaining, and analyzing construction schedules for infrastructure projects such as highways, bridges, utilities, and site development. This role uses Primavera P6 to create and update CPM schedules, monitor project progress, identify schedule risks, and support project teams in delivering work safely, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain CPM schedules in Primavera P6.
• Update schedules based on field progress.
• Monitor critical path and identify schedule risks.
• Prepare look-ahead and recovery schedules.
• Support project managers with schedule reporting and forecasting.
• Participate in planning and progress meetings.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3–7+ years of scheduling experience in heavy civil construction.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6 and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong knowledge of construction sequencing and Critical Path Method (CPM).
