Senior P6 Scheduler – Data Center / Power Generation
Santa Teresa, NM | 75% Remote / 25% Travel | Up to $90/HR -$120/HR 1099 or $160K-$180K W2
Enhanced Staffing is seeking an experienced Senior P6 Scheduler to support a large-scale hyperscale data center construction project in Santa Teresa, New Mexico. This position will provide senior-level scheduling and project controls support, including schedule development, contractor oversight, critical path analysis, progress monitoring, forecasting, and schedule risk mitigation. The underlying role also emphasizes independent schedule oversight, GC compliance, and owner-representative responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and analyze detailed Primavera P6 schedules.
- Review GC/EPC schedules, baselines, updates, critical paths, and schedule compliance.
- Monitor progress, identify delays and schedule risks, and develop recovery/mitigation strategies.
- Perform schedule analysis, forecasting, and progress reporting for project stakeholders.
- Coordinate with project management, contractors, engineering, construction, and client teams.
- Provide senior-level schedule guidance and communicate project impacts to client stakeholders.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of project planning/scheduling experience.
- Expert-level Primavera P6 experience required.
- Power generation construction experience strongly preferred, including nuclear, natural gas, or other traditional power plant greenfield/brownfield projects.
- Hyperscale data center or other mission-critical construction experience is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of CPM scheduling, critical path analysis, project controls, and construction sequencing.
- Ability to work approximately 75% remote / 25% travel, with flexibility for occasional additional travel.
