Act as internal company liaison between multinational organization's Finance teams, IT teams, and business stakeholders, providing SAP financial analysis expertise in SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) while ensuring seamless integration with other SAP modules and non-SAP Finance applications. Help coordinate company's internal process optimization functions, system enhancements, and project delivery assignments while driving digital finance transformation initiatives on behalf of organization while adhering to financial regulations and compliance standards. Perform and implement upgrades, rollouts, SAP S/4HANA migrations, and overall SAP financial enhancements in connection with SAP finance projects. Support interfaces with financial applications capabilities using ability to integrate financial tools (e.g., Concur, Vertex, Ariba, Esker) into an organization's SAP modules for overall SAP Finance integration and cross-module collaboration. Help lead finance strategy initiatives by driving process improvements and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Assist in the oversight of SAP-related financial planning, budgeting, reporting, and risk management functions to support strategic business objectives. Confer, liaise and collaborate with financial leadership teams to identify process automation, standardization, and efficiency opportunities, while leveraging SAP Finance tools (e.g., Fiori, Workflow, BPC, Central Finance) to provide SAP finance configurations and SAP financial analysis support to enable continuous improvement initiatives within company. Help optimize SAP Financial Accounting and Controlling (SAP FICO) processes by performing various financial analysis functions, such as financial transactions reviews, Asset Accounting, Product Costing Analysis, Profitability Analysis, etc. Identify, test and document SAP financial application controls in compliance with the Sarbanes Oxley Act (SOX). Act as a subject matter expert in specialized tools such as Vertex, Concut, ESKER, Ariba and payfabrix and help support financial reporting needs by developing and enhancing SAP Finance reports using SAP S/4 embedded analytics and through daily support initiatives within company’s SAP financial systems. Help support financial data validation and reconciliation activities related to Finance and Controlling, including maintaining and troubleshooting integration points between SAP and legacy or third-party systems via Central Finance to ensure data accuracy and process continuity.
Education and Experience Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or International Business followed by five (5) years of progressive experience in specialty field
