We are seeking a seasoned Senior SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) AMS consultant with 15–20 years of overall SAP experience to manage and deliver Application Management Services (AMS) for a global client (Medline) onsite in Chicago, Illinois.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead SAP EWM AMS delivery, ensuring SLA compliance across incident, problem, change, and release management (ITIL)
- Serve as onsite Transition Lead (Receiver), driving complete knowledge transfer from the incumbent vendor, validating configs/processes/open tickets, and managing stabilization
- Provide advanced functional support across Inbound/Outbound Logistics, HU & Wave Management, RF Framework, Labor Management, Slotting, Storage Control, and Cross-Docking
- Support integrations with S/4HANA, TM, GTS, QM, and 3PL systems
- Mentor onsite/offshore consultants and serve as the primary client-facing interface
Requirements:
- 15–20 years SAP experience, with deep SAP EWM expertise (Decentralized and Embedded)
- Proven AMS delivery leadership and hands-on transition/receiver experience
- Strong ITIL process knowledge and stakeholder management skills
- Must be a US Citizen, Green Card holder, or eligible for TN Visa
- Able to work hybrid onsite in Mundelein, IL, 3 days/week (Tue-Thu)
