Role: Senior Salesforce Software Engineer.
Location: Plano, TX / Columbus, OH / Indianapolis, IN / Seattle, WA / 100% Remote.
Duration: 1+ year.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years of hands‑on experience developing and designing Salesforce solutions, preferably Sales Cloud.
- Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, Process Builder/Flow, and SFDX.
- Strong knowledge of SOQL and SOSL.
- RESTful API development and integration.
- Experience with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines (GitHub, Jenkins, Bamboo).
- Experience working in trailblazer URL/profile.
- Demonstrated ability to write clean, maintainable, and testable code.
- Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban, XP).
Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce Developer certifications.
- Experience with API management platforms (e.g., Apigee).
- Familiarity with AWS cloud services, especially serverless architecture (Lambda, SQS).
- Strong understanding of relational (SQL) and NoSQL databases.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (AWS CDK, Terraform).
- Experience with observability tools (Splunk, Datadog).
- Knowledge of security best practices and automated testing frameworks.
- Ability to mentor junior developers and collaborate across multiple Salesforce orgs.
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business discipline, or equivalent experience.
