Senior Project ManagerA minimum of seven (7) years of full-time equivalent (FTE) experience (10-years preferred) providing diverse technical and management services to government agencies.A minimum of seven (7) years (10 years preferred) of broad and extensive project management (PM) experience successfully managing information technology (IT) programs and projects.A minimum of seven (7) years (10 years preferred) of team building, knowledge transfer, and/or mentoring experience.A minimum of seven (7) years of experience (10 years preferred) leading and facilitating team meetings.A minimum of five (5) years of experience in the following (8-years preferred):Schedule management and Microsoft (MS) ProjectRisk and issue managementStakeholder managementScope and change managementBusiness process review and gap analysisConsulting experience for a project worth at least $15M ($25M preferred)A minimum of one (1) year of experience (2 years preferred) in planning or managing Salesforce implementations.Preferred: A minimum of one (1) year of experience with State or Federal animal health and food safety programs.Bachelor’s degree (Master’s or Doctorate degree preferred) from an accredited college or university.
