In this role, you will support client engagements focused on leveraging Salesforce to optimize business processes, enhance constituent experiences, and modernize legacy systems. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to analyze, design, and implement Salesforce solutions that deliver client needs and support the continued growth of our Salesforce practice and digital transformation strategy.Work You'll DoLead end to end Salesforce implementation programs, managing business, technical, data, integration, testing, training, deployment, and post go live activitiesManage complex Salesforce projects across multiple concurrent workstreams while maintaining project scope, timeline, budget, quality, and client expectationsPartner with business stakeholders, Salesforce architects, developers, QA teams, integration teams, and third-party vendors to deliver scalable Salesforce solutions that support digital transformation initiativesOwn integrated project plans, sprint schedules, RAID logs, dependency tracking, executive status reporting, and delivery governanceFacilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily standups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives while driving accountability across cross functional teamsManage Salesforce delivery across configuration, custom development, integrations, release management, user acceptance testing, and deployment planningIdentify delivery risks, scope changes, resource constraints, and project dependencies, developing mitigation strategies and escalating issues appropriatelyCoordinate onshore and offshore delivery teams, ensuring clear priorities, communication, and execution across distributed resourcesPartner with client leadership and AArete delivery teams to support project governance, executive communications, change control, and budget managementSupport business development efforts through solution planning, level of effort estimation, proposal support, and Salesforce practice developmentOther duties as assignedRequirements7+ years of experience as a Project Manager, with a focus on digital transformation and Salesforce implementationsStrong understanding of the Salesforce platform and ecosystem, including Health Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Sales Cloud, integrations, and custom developmentExperience managing Salesforce delivery through discovery, design, configuration, development, testing, deployment, and postproduction supportDemonstrated experience leading Agile delivery teams and managing project plans, sprint execution, risks, dependencies, budgets, and executive communicationsExperience coordinating cross functional teams including architects, developers, business analysts, QA engineers, data teams, integration teams, and third-party vendorsStrong client facing consulting experience with the ability to manage executive stakeholders and communicate technical concepts to business audiencesBachelor's degree in business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experienceWillingness to engage in direct client interaction, including travel to client locationsMust be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorshipPreferred RequirementsTechnical certifications in relevant platforms or disciplinesHealthcare payer or health plan implementation experienceExperience leading Salesforce Health Cloud implementationsBased in Chicago, IL and flexible to work from our Chicago office as neededCompensation & BenefitsFlexible PTO, monthly half-day refuels, volunteer time off, 10 paid holidaysOwn Your Day flexible work policyCompetitive majority employer-paid benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K MatchGenerous paid parental leave optionsEmployer-paid Life Insurance, Short Term Disability, Long Term DisabilityCharitable contribution matching programNew client commission opportunities and referral bonus programBike share discount programThe estimated base salary range for this position is $125,000 – $145,000.

In addition to this base salary, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. This range is a part of a competitive, total compensation package together with our majority employer-paid benefits and incentive pay for eligible roles. Please note that this range is a guideline, and individual total compensation may vary due to numerous factors, including but not limited to experience level, certifications, and other relevant business considerations.AArete will accept applications until the position is filled.
