The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise in Salesforce and a strong understanding of healthcare or pharmaceutical domains, with prior experience at Cardinal Health being a plus.Required Skills:10+ years of total IT experience with 7+ years in Salesforce development.Expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (Aura/LWC), SOQL, and SOSL.Strong experience with Salesforce integration using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware (e.g., MuleSoft).Hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.Solid understanding of CI/CD tools and DevOps practices in Salesforce.Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I/II, App Builder) are a plus.Experience working in regulated industries (e.g., healthcare, pharma) is preferred.Key Responsibilities:Design and develop customized Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, LWC, and integrations.Lead end-to-end implementation from requirement gathering to deployment and support.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, architects, and QA engineers.Develop and maintain system integrations with third-party platforms (REST/SOAP APIs).Ensure high performance, scalability, and reliability of Salesforce solutions.Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers.Troubleshoot and resolve application issues and support post-deployment.
