Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems, preferably in healthcare environments, is also needed.
Experience in leading and mentoring development teams is important. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps processes is also required. Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I/II, Health Cloud, or Application Architect are preferred. Knowledge of healthcare industry standards (e.g., HL7, FHIR) is also necessary.
Experience with Salesforce Shield for data encryption and security is required.
