Senior Salesforce DeveloperWe are seeking a technically driven Senior Salesforce Developer. This role involves complex platform customization, enterprise integration engineering, data-driven delivery, and AI-augmented development practices. The ideal candidate will write clean, scalable code, take ownership of end-to-end feature delivery, and embrace Generative AI and Agentic AI tools as a core part of the daily engineering workflow.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain complex Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud, including custom objects, Apex classes, triggers, batch jobs, LWC components, and advanced Flow automation.Build scalable, reusable, and well-documented code aligned with platform best practices and governor limits.Develop and maintain Salesforce integrations with enterprise systems including MuleSoft, SAP, Documentum, and Excalibur using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and Change Data Capture (CDC).Build and maintain Salesforce data models, including custom objects, relationships, and schema design.Support data migration efforts from legacy platforms, contributing to ETL/ELT design, transformation logic, and data validation scripts.Leverage Agentic AI platforms for accelerated code generation, test automation, story refinement, and technical documentation.Develop solutions that adhere to platform governance standards, including permission sets, profiles, field-level security, and sharing model best practices.Work closely with the Tech Lead, Product Owner, and Business Analyst to clarify requirements and refine user stories.Required Qualifications4+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience with ownership of complex, production-grade solutions.Deep expertise in Apex, LWC, Flows, SOQL/SOSL, platform events, and Salesforce platform internals.Proven experience with enterprise integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, CDC, and middleware platforms such as MuleSoft.Hands-on experience with data migration projects, including ETL/ELT design, transformation logic, and data validation.Proficiency with Salesforce DX, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.Active daily use of Generative AI and/or Agentic AI tools in a software delivery context.Experience across Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and workflow automation in enterprise environments.Salesforce certifications: Platform Developer I (required); Platform Developer II strongly preferred.Preferred QualificationsExperience in regulated utility, energy, or infrastructure sectors with awareness of NERC compliance and audit requirements.Familiarity with Salesforce Data Cloud, Einstein AI, or Agentforce and AI-enabled workflow development.Hands-on experience with Windsurf, Devin, or similar Agentic AI coding platforms.Knowledge of Documentum, Excalibur, or enterprise content management systems.Background in multi-vendor offshore/nearshore delivery models.Integration Architecture Designer or Data Architecture Designer certification.
