Each of these experiences helps students to see beyond the classroom and to see the world – and themselves – in new ways.Reporting to the VP of Sales, the Senior Sales Operations Manager oversees the efficiency and effectiveness of the entire sales operations, ensuring the sales team has the necessary tools, processes, and support to achieve their goals.The ideal candidate has a strong background in call center experience managing the sales technology stack, optimizing sales processes, analyzing sales data and leading a global team of diverse sales professionals.ResponsibilitiesCoordinates sales forecasting, planning, pipeline management, scheduling, workforce management, and budgeting processes used within the admission team.
