Senior Sales Finance Lead - Compensation & Analytics

Jobtailor is seeking a Senior Sales Finance professional to own financial modeling for sales compensation, design accelerator structures, and manage the Rep Ramped Equivalent methodology. You will maintain ramp curves and lead cross-functional analyses for leadership.

You will build the narrative for exec audiences, influence senior stakeholders without direct authority, and partner across departments to optimize bookings, ACV, ARR, and costs of sales in a fast-growing SaaS environment.
