Soda is hiring a remote Lead Sales Engineer to own the technical side of our biggest enterprise deals. You will own the path from initial technical call through architecture and security reviews, PoC, and closed-won, with direct reporting to the CRO and Product team.
You will ramp new US SEs, coach demos, and develop reusable PoC templates and environments to accelerate wins. This role requires strong Python/SQL skills, deep enterprise SaaS experience, and exceptional customer communication.
