Senior Sales Engineer & Technical Team Lead

NC Sound is seeking a Lead Sales Engineer to serve as the front-line technical leader of NC Sound's Sales Engineering team. The role combines direct sales engineering with team leadership, coaching, and process improvement, with ~60–70% hands-on opportunity work and ~30–40% leadership duties.

The Lead will scope, design, quote, and develop proposals for opportunities, while guiding the team, ensuring sound solutions, and delivering thorough handoffs to Operations.
