SiriusXM is seeking a Sales Compensation Manager to own complex sales compensation administration for our global advertising sales organization, including Pandora, SiriusXM, and AdsWizz. You will partner with sales, finance, and HR on design and execution of compensation plans.
You will lead testing, audits, and changes, mentor junior staff, and drive improvements across processes and data sets. A strong background in technology/media and SAP/Callidus is required.
