You will work across functions to identify gaps, design solutions, and implement scalable improvements that enhance productivity and effectiveness. This role is highly visible and requires strong problem-solving, stakeholder management, and process design skills.Responsibilities:Lead end-to-end process improvement initiatives with business and IT stakeholdersAnalyze current processes to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunitiesFacilitate cross-functional meetings to align on process changes and drive adoptionDevelop business requirements, process documentation, and implementation plansMonitor process performance and implement continuous improvementsMinimum Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in business, IT, mathematics, or related field5+ years of experience in business analysis or process improvement rolesStrong problem-solving, analytical, and project management skillsExperience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholdersProficiency with business tools and reporting (MS Office Suite, process mapping tools) including Artificial Intelligence tools like Co-PilotPreferred Qualifications:Experience with tools such as MS Dynamics, SAP, RapidResponse, ModelN, or similar platformsKnowledge of business process management (BPM) methodologiesExperience creating user stories, process maps, and change management plansStrong facilitation and communication skills across all organizational levelsExperience designing scalable, data-driven process improvementsMicron is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace and is an affirmative action employer.
