Music & Arts is seeking a part-time Senior Sales Associate to join our student-focused retail team. In this role, you will lead sales efforts for instruments, rentals, accessories, and private lessons while delivering exceptional service to students, parents, and educators. You’ll guide customers in selecting band and orchestra instruments, enroll students in lessons, process rentals and repairs, and help reach store sales goals.
You’ll also support merchandising, inventory, and POS operations while modeling our collaborative, education-driven culture and mentoring junior associates.
