Music & Arts seeks a part-time Senior Sales Associate to support our mission of advancing music education. In this retail role, you will welcome customers, assess their musical needs, and recommend band, orchestra, and other instruments, rentals, accessories, and lessons. You’ll open and close the store, handle POS transactions, manage inventory and merchandising, and support school service programs.
You’ll collaborate with lesson staff and educators, provide exceptional customer service, and help students, parents, and teachers access quality instruments in a friendly, student-focused environment.
