Music & Arts is seeking a full-time Senior Sales Associate to drive sales and deliver exceptional customer service in our retail store. In this role, you’ll guide students, parents, and educators in selecting band and orchestra instruments, rentals, accessories, and lessons that fit their needs and budgets. You’ll lead by example on the sales floor, support merchandising and inventory, and help train junior associates.
You’ll also build relationships with local schools and the community, promoting music education in a collaborative, student-focused environment with opportunities for growth.
