Music & Arts is seeking a Full-Time Senior Sales Associate to lead customer service and sales in our student-focused retail store. In this role, you’ll help students, parents, and educators find the right band and orchestra instruments, rentals, accessories, and lessons while supporting our mission of expanding access to music education. You’ll drive sales, support lesson enrollment, maintain merchandising and inventory standards, and model excellent service for the team.
This on-site role is ideal for someone with strong retail experience, a passion for music, and a desire to support local schools and the community.
