Music & Arts is seeking a full-time Senior Sales Associate to drive sales and deliver exceptional customer service in our retail store. In this role, you’ll guide students, parents, and educators in selecting band and orchestra instruments, rentals, accessories, and lessons. You’ll open and close the store, maintain merchandising standards, process transactions, and support school service outreach.
You’ll also mentor junior associates, meet sales goals, and uphold our student-focused, collaborative culture while promoting music education and community engagement.
