In this role, you will guide customers in selecting band and orchestra instruments, rentals, accessories, and lessons, delivering exceptional, education-centered service. You’ll support daily store operations, maintain merchandising standards, process rentals and repairs, and help meet sales goals.
You will collaborate with educators, parents, and students, promote lessons and school programs, and mentor junior associates while upholding our inclusive, community-driven culture.
