Music & Arts is seeking a PT Senior Sales Associate to join our student-focused retail team. In this role, you will guide students, parents, and educators in selecting instruments, rentals, accessories, and lessons. You’ll use consultative selling to meet sales goals, provide exceptional customer service, and maintain store merchandising and inventory standards.
As a senior team member, you’ll help support junior associates, assist with school and community outreach, and represent our mission of expanding access to quality music education in a collaborative, performance-oriented environment.
