Music & Arts is seeking a full-time Senior Sales Associate to drive sales and provide outstanding customer service in our retail store. In this role, you’ll guide students, parents, and educators in selecting band and orchestra instruments, rentals, accessories, and lessons. You’ll execute daily store operations, maintain merchandising standards, process transactions, and support store events and school outreach.
You will mentor junior associates, meet sales goals, and uphold a student-focused, collaborative, and inclusive culture that supports music education in the community.
