Music & Arts is seeking a part-time Senior Sales Associate to support our mission of advancing music education. In this role, you’ll lead customer service on the sales floor, guiding students, parents, and educators to the right band and orchestra instruments, rentals, accessories, and lessons. You will open and close the store, handle POS transactions, manage rentals, support merchandising, and train junior staff.
You’ll collaborate with school service reps, help meet sales goals, and ensure an inclusive, student-focused environment aligned with our community and performance culture.
