In this role, you’ll guide customers in selecting band and orchestra instruments, rentals, accessories, and lessons, delivering outstanding, education-focused service. You’ll open and close the store, lead daily sales floor operations, process rentals and enrollments, maintain merchandising standards, and train junior associates.
Ideal candidates have prior retail or music sales experience, strong product knowledge, cash handling accuracy, and a passion for music education and community engagement.
