In this role, you’ll guide customers in selecting band, orchestra, and combo instruments, rentals, and accessories, delivering knowledgeable, education-minded service to students, parents, and educators. You’ll open and close the register, maintain merchandising and store presentation, and assist with lesson enrollment and repair service intake.
You will help achieve sales targets, contribute to school and community outreach, and model strong product knowledge while mentoring junior associates in a collaborative, music-driven environment.
