Music & Arts seeks a full-time Senior Sales Associate to lead sales and service in our retail store. In this role, you’ll guide students, parents, and educators in selecting band and orchestra instruments, rentals, accessories, and lessons. You’ll model exceptional customer service, manage POS transactions, support merchandising and inventory, and mentor junior associates.
This position partners closely with school service reps and lesson staff to drive store performance while advancing our mission of expanding access to quality music education in a collaborative, student-focused environment.
