Music & Arts is seeking a full-time Senior Sales Associate to join our retail team. In this role, you’ll lead by example on the sales floor—welcoming customers, understanding their musical goals, and recommending the right instruments, accessories, and lessons. You’ll drive store sales, support rentals and repairs, process transactions, and help maintain an organized, student-focused environment.
You will coach junior associates, assist with merchandising and inventory, and partner with local schools, ensuring every student, parent, and educator receives exceptional service.
