Music & Arts is seeking a full-time Senior Sales Associate to drive sales and deliver outstanding customer service in our retail store. In this role, you will guide students, parents, and educators in choosing band and orchestra instruments, rentals, accessories, and lessons. You’ll open and close the store, maintain merchandising standards, process sales and rentals, and meet performance goals.
You will collaborate closely with colleagues, support school service programs, and embody our student-focused, community-driven culture while promoting music education.
