In this role, you’ll lead by example on the sales floor, guiding customers to the right band and orchestra instruments, rentals, accessories, and lessons. You will open and close the store, oversee merchandising, and support training of junior associates.
You’ll use strong product knowledge and POS skills to meet sales goals while delivering an exceptional, student-focused experience in a collaborative, performance-oriented environment.
