Music & Arts seeks a full-time Senior Sales Associate to drive sales and deliver exceptional service in our retail store. In this role, you’ll guide students, parents, and educators in selecting band and orchestra instruments, rentals, accessories, and lessons. You’ll open and close the store, lead by example on the sales floor, process transactions, and help meet revenue and lesson enrollment goals.
You’ll also maintain merchandising standards, support school service events, and model our student-focused, collaborative culture while mentoring junior associates and promoting music education in the community.
