In this role, you’ll guide customers in selecting band and orchestra instruments, rentals, accessories, and lessons, delivering outstanding, educational service to students, parents, and educators. You’ll drive sales through product expertise, suggestive selling, and accurate transactions while maintaining visual standards, inventory, and merchandising.
You’ll support school service initiatives, promote lessons, process repairs, and help create a welcoming, inclusive environment that reflects our mission of expanding access to music education and community engagement.
