Music & Arts is seeking a part-time Senior Sales Associate to support our mission of bringing music education to students and schools. In this customer-facing role, you’ll guide customers in selecting band and orchestra instruments, rentals, accessories, and lessons that fit their needs and budgets. You’ll open and close the store, process sales and rentals, maintain merchandising and inventory accuracy, and support lesson program enrollment.
You’ll collaborate with teachers, parents, and students, deliver outstanding service, and help train junior associates while meeting sales goals in a friendly, inclusive retail environment.
