Music & Arts is seeking a full-time Senior Sales Associate to drive sales and deliver exceptional service in our retail store. In this role, you’ll guide students, parents, and educators in selecting band and orchestra instruments, rentals, accessories, and lessons that meet their needs and budgets. You’ll lead by example on the sales floor, mentor junior associates, and help maintain accurate inventory and attractive merchandising.
You’ll also support school service programs and local outreach, contributing to a collaborative, student-focused culture and building strong relationships with music teachers and community partners.
