Music & Arts is seeking a part-time Senior Sales Associate to deliver exceptional customer service in our retail store. You’ll guide students, parents, and educators in selecting band and orchestra instruments, rentals, accessories, and lessons that support their musical goals.
Responsibilities include consultative sales, POS transactions, merchandising, inventory support, and promoting lessons and repair services. You will collaborate with teachers and school reps, meet sales goals, uphold store standards, and model our student-focused, community-oriented culture every shift.
