Music & Arts is seeking a Full-Time Senior Sales Associate to drive sales, service customers, and support music education in our retail store. In this role, you’ll guide students, parents, and educators in selecting band and orchestra instruments, rentals, accessories, and lessons. You’ll lead by example on the sales floor, manage daily merchandising, support inventory and POS transactions, and help train junior associates.
You’ll foster a friendly, inclusive, and performance-driven environment while meeting sales goals and promoting lessons, repairs, and school programs in the community.
