Music & Arts is seeking a part-time Senior Sales Associate to drive sales and deliver exceptional service in our retail store. In this role, you’ll guide students, parents, and educators in selecting band and orchestra instruments, rentals, accessories, and lessons that fit their needs and budgets. You’ll model strong product knowledge, lead by example on the sales floor, and help train junior associates.
Responsibilities include meeting sales goals, managing rentals and lesson enrollments, merchandising, POS transactions, and maintaining a friendly, inclusive, and education-focused environment that supports our mission of expanding access to music education.
