Music & Arts seeks a full-time Senior Sales Associate to drive sales and support music education in our retail store. You’ll lead customer interactions, recommend band and orchestra instruments, rentals, accessories, and lessons, and help parents, students, and educators find the right solutions. Key duties include meeting sales goals, processing rentals and repairs, maintaining merchandising standards, and training junior associates.
You’ll collaborate with school service reps, deliver excellent service, support community outreach, and uphold a friendly, inclusive, performance-oriented store environment aligned with our mission.
