Music & Arts is seeking a full-time Senior Sales Associate to drive revenue and deliver exceptional service in our retail store. In this role, you’ll lead by example on the sales floor, advising customers on band and orchestra instruments, rentals, accessories, and lessons. You’ll open and close the store, support merchandising and inventory, process transactions, and help train junior associates.
You’ll collaborate with local schools, educators, and students, promoting our lesson programs while upholding a friendly, inclusive, and student-focused environment that supports music education in the community.
