Music & Arts seeks a Senior Sales Associate to drive sales and deliver exceptional service in our retail store. In this role, you’ll guide customers in selecting band and orchestra instruments, rentals, accessories, and lessons, while meeting sales and add-on targets. You’ll open/close the store, maintain merchandising standards, manage inventory and rental paperwork, and support lesson and school-service programs.
You’ll also help train junior associates, resolve customer issues, and model a student-focused, community-oriented, and performance-driven culture aligned with our mission of supporting music education.
