Music & Arts is seeking a part-time Senior Sales Associate to support students, parents, and educators in our retail store. In this customer-facing role, you’ll guide customers in selecting band and orchestra instruments, rentals, accessories, and lessons, using strong product knowledge and consultative selling. You’ll process sales and rental agreements, maintain an organized, merchandised sales floor, and support store events and lesson programs.
You’ll collaborate with a student-focused, service-driven team while meeting sales goals and delivering an exceptional, welcoming experience to our music community.
