To support a growing sales team, the full-time Senior Sales Analytics Manager will own planning fundamentals, turn data into actionable decisions, and serve as a strategic partner to leadership while working remotely. Key Responsibilities Build annual ARR and pipeline generation targets, sales quotas, and headcount models Create and maintain dashboards and KPI reports for sales visibility and performance measurement Collaborate with GTM and Finance leaders to standardize metrics and drive data-informed decision-making Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in GTM analytics, sales operations, or a related field, preferably in B2B SaaS Strong understanding of sales planning, territory design, and forecasting processes Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and validation Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI Demonstrated ability to communicate complex analyses clearly to senior leadership
